Hey everyone, this is my first map that I've posted here on ProForge. It is a slayer and team slayer based map, ideal for small to medium size parties. The map itself took me about 8 hours, the touch ups and editing took over 20. You wouldn't believe how much messier it was before. The map uses some masterful interlocking, and is very neat and crisp. Now, I'll stop babbling and tell you about the map.

This map is purposefully designed with strategy in mind. It is very easy to maneuver in this map, and you'll rarely be stuck in a very tight space. Pretty much everything is connected in some way, so you may think you're safe while you're sneaking up on your enemy, then end up getting assassinated by him as he goes around. It can also work the exact opposite way: You don't have any strategy, you just rush in and kill them by shooting them in the face with a well-aimed battle rifle burst and then meleeing them. This map is extremely fun that way, because there will always be people going slow and steady with strategy in mind and then there will be the Rambo's charging in, going around through a hallway, and then killing your teammate. That is one of the reasons it is called Carnage.

The map has no bases, but it is fairly easy to distinguish the main respawn points and areas of the teams. There are two 'main hubs' that you respawn at at the beginning that are connected by a bridge. Beneath the bridge is the middle hallway, which has a sword at the end. So at the very beginning, your team as well as the enemy will probably rush straight towards each other over the bridge, and then have everyone going for the sword at once. After that, it's pretty much just kill them as you see them, because the respawn points are scattered all over the map. Now, back to the map geometry. Beneath each 'central hub' are two lower levels, both of which contain one of the two power ups in the map. It should be noted, however, that the team that respawns in the one with the truck beneath it will not have the powerup directly beneath them, but slightly further away.

Ideal for groups of up to 8 or 10. It is a relatively small map to be playing on with 16 players.

Looks a lot like foundry but the objects are moved around.
You can make the pictures bigger by going to your recent screenshots on bungie and then clicking on the actual picture.

Click the link again to download the new version! Several errors have been fixed, including the flamethrower being inaccessable and a double box not respawning at the start.

Normally, I wouldn't. However, the first one was regarding TACT's post, and the other two both had independent properties that didn't regard anything about eachother or the first post.

I have played this map before, and it is not at all like foundry it is a gigantic enclosed space that does not take up all of foundry with 2 floors, multiple hiding spots, and can be used as a great FFA slayer map or Team Slayer.
